WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All our products are returnable. It can be refunded or exchanged within 5 days after purchase. Please keep the receipt and make sure that the product is in its original packaging.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We offer multiple payment options including Cash on Delivery, Visa/Mastercard and PayPal. However we also offer our customers an options to order the product here and collect them from one of our retail stores in the U.A.E
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUNDS BACK?
All refunds are initiated and processed within 24 hours after the product has been returned by the customer.
DO YOU SHIP TO COUNRIES OUTSIDE U.A.E?
Yes, we do ship to U.A.E, Oman, Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. However the free shipping and the free bag offers are applicable only for orders within the U.A.E.
